Just to let you all know - the construction is gone in Turkey Creek Canyon.

65 mph up to Morrison Rd, 50 after that.

The downhill side still wasn't restriped when we were coming up, but that may have changed. We think we saw the striping trucks going the other way.

What happened to the repaving and guard rail replacement? Will they be doing that in the Spring? I hope CDOT still plans on doing these 2 things. They're really needed.

It doesn't start 45mph until after the first or second "S" curve up the canyon.

FYI...rotomilling and paving has been delayed till spring. They are going to grind out the rumble strips and patch them. Then we are supposed to be good to go till spring!!

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

The Morrison radar cop sits right beyond the 45 mph sign, when he's there. I starting using my cruise control on all of my trip along 285 because it's easy to start going over the speed limit without realizing it.
