Nobody that matters wrote: A child was born in Boston, Massachusetts to parents who were both born in Boston, Massachusetts. The child is not a United States citizen. How is this possible?

the child and the parents were born before there was a United States, they were citizens of Great Briton

You turn the years over and they read the same (except for that pesky serif 1) Plus, I doubt we'll be using Gregorian Calender if mankind survives for another 4,000 years.

A "finger" of the US goes into Canada from the west side, thus a portion of Canada is below the city of Detroit.
