Romeo the 8-wk old border collie mix pup is back out for adoption! Romeo screams "HURRY!" if you are interested- this pup is just terrific, and puppies don't last long!

Kyle is wonderful! We plucked this lucky fellow from Denver animal control yesterday, where he was literally waiting for his life to be saved since pit bulls can't be adopted from their agency. He's very camera shy so we were challenged to get a good photo of this big boy, but to know him is to love him! He's sweet with people and other dogs. 2yr old St. Francis Terrier....

Meet Gracie! This fabulous chocolate/white border collie is 5 yrs old, the *perfect* age for her breed! Gracie is sweet with everyone. She needs to lose a few pounds so if you need a workout buddy, choose Gracie!

Still at IMHS waiting for homes--Clancey and Josie the black Labrador Retrievers (these dogs are perfect! where are all the Lab lovers out there?), Sadie the lab/boxer mix, Star the dachshund mix, Barney the black terrier, and dear Brady, whose situation is becoming quite desperate.

Who's a LUCKY adopted dog? Brady, Hancock, Higgins, and Romeo have all gone home!

We took in the ***SWEETEST** dog yesterday, who needs a loving new home. Joy previously lived in a family with 2 senior dogs. She's GREAT with people of all ages, great with other dogs, submissive and sweet. She's also had some basic obedience training...what a wonderful addition she'll make to someone's family!

Joy is a 1 yr old Labrador/Springer/Aussie mix....what a terrific combination! She is such a loving, friendly girl:

Who's a lucky ADOPTED dog? Lola the pup, Libby, Ralphie, Joy, Star and Kyle have all gone HOME! Sadie is on a try-out...cross your fingers, friends--she's been living in a shelter over one year so we want this one to be her forever home!

**SECOND new arrivals update today**....our friends at the Denver Animal Control shelter sent a plea for help as they are overcrowded with chihuahuas and in desperate need of help. IMHS rushed to the rescue today, and we took in these two sweet little guys in need of homes:

Max is a 10-pound chihuahua/terrier mix and this little man is SWEET! What a super nice dog he is...we think he'd be terrific with other dogs, cats, and gentle kids....

And Lucy...Lucy is a red Chihuahua and she is petite at only 8 pounds! This young girl is still a spunky puppy at only 7 months of age. She likes other dogs and would do best in a home with mature youth or adults...

Little dogs are a ton of fun and have lots of love to give, too! Come meet the huggable mutts of IMHS any day...we're here every day for adoptions!

CALLING ALL YELLOW LAB LOVERS...Walter's here! This 10-month old purebred Labrador Retriever pup needs a forever home where he'll receive the love, attention, and exercise he needs. He is 79 pounds of pure joy, and love.

Labs are very pack-oriented, bright dogs. They crave companionship with their people and poor Walter was in an unfortunate circumstance in which he was alone for 12 hours a day.

Walter is incredibly sweet, loves kids, dogs and has lived sucessfully with cats, too! Please help spread the word about his need for a forever home...
