(ScienceChic, I might have just ensured a Bengals win. )
Seattle -4.5
Wilson has bigger hands than Teddy and a better coach...although he had a brain fart in last year's super bowl game.
Steelers' poor decision to go for 2-points cost me that pick. Ugly 2nd half and I think it opened the door to a very easy Broncos win next week. Sorry ScienceChic, that's the emotionally hardest way to lose a playoff game. I was hoping my pick was bad, but only if your Bengals could win in that down poor.
Actually, it was harder losing in OT to the Broncos on that muffed snap - such a stupid way to end a game. But that could've been because I was in a bar surrounded by Bengals fans in Cinti and emotions were more ramped up than being home alone like I was yesterday. Disappointment either way, we should've won both games and killed ourselves. On to next year! Go Broncos!
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
