Don't people often scrape the fatty cream off the top and throw it away?

All right guys I need a head count for Sunday. And don't worry about food a little bird told me he has it covered.
SC you and your crew are still in right? Anyone else?? I have HD and Sunday ticket so if the broncos start falling apart we can watch another game.
