Ok listen friends..What i'm about to do here is a tremendous gift to the board..All joking aside now i'm known as one of the best handicappers in the country. I've placed in the top ten in countless Vegas sportsbook handicapping events and i'm widely known in gambling circles as "The Fade King" But I promise not to tout any losers here. I'm gonna give you winners against the spread. People pay for these picks, but i'm giving them out free here. Nobody, and I mean nobody here is gonna out perform me in this contest

Definition of a Point Spread

In sports such as football and basketball, gamblers have to deal with a point spread when placing a wager on a team. If gamblers had only to choose which team would win and which would lose, it would be EASY to wager on sporting events. A point spread is used to even things up between teams, with one team usually "getting" points if they are an underdog, while the favorite will "give" points.

Football spreads
In football, for example, a typical point spread might read as one team favored by six points. In this scenario the favorite must win the game by more than six points for anyone gambling on that club to win their bet. Conversely, the underdog must lose by less than six (or win) for their backers to collect.

Wow, thats a lot of points..Thats not an official pick though..I will look at every college and pro game over the next 48 hours, call all my sources within the schools and organizations, pour over the depth charts, run simulations and formulate some Rock solid picks...You better get on this gravy train

A few things jump out at me

BYU is getting a point vs Air Force? I might go to that game if its sunny
CU is getting 9 vs Cal..CU is undeerated nationaly..9 might be too many points
and CSU gets 23.5 points vs Nevada? I know Nevada has that Kippernink guy at QB, but 23 1/2? CSU must suck bad this year
