My job for the last 31 years, has been in the Air Pollution Monitoring business, but thanks.
Hydrocarbons can be pretty nasty.

FYI, when you’re sitting in traffic, and you smell (what you think is rotten eggs) is really H2S, because a car around you, has a catalytic converter that is not working properly.

TPP, I used to have an 88 Chevy S10 pick up that had the rotten eggs smell. ugghh Sulphur.

I drive by those mobile emissions monitors on the Kipling 285 on ramp on the way to work. How can they be very accurate? I am skeptical. One day they are going to catch me, my park county plates don't require an emissions test, but Denver does if you commute here.

Yes, it is, but fortunately, (methane] is not as long-lived as CO2 so it doesn't have the cumulative effects that CO2 has

That is good, I didn't know that fact SC. Thanks! Time for another Burrito! :)

H2S is the rotten egg swell for sure.
Sulfur well is the smell of a match, I once long ago got a VERY large dose of SO2, because of somebody's lack of knowledge, and first thing that happens is that your throat closes, (I guess it wasn't enough to kill me), but I'm sure that as soon as it was going into my lungs, it left behind a nice trail of H2SO4 (yes kids 1 molecule of SO2 = 1 macula of H2s = Sulfuric acid), I assume my body absorbed that, or I'd have hole in my lungs, and as of the last X-ray, Mine good, even with TB, and smoking for 37+ years, the Dr. was amazed how well my lungs looked, I told him he must have gotten it mixed up with somebody else's, Nope it was mine.
You’d be surprise now much so called “Bad sh*t”, I’ve taken in… I think that the LC50 & LC50 are a bit higher than they should be… But everybody is different.

So why I really came here was to ask:
Ever ask yourself “Who’s paying for this “Research?”

In war of dogs vs. cats, the winner is clear
AP poll finds that 74 percent of people like dogs, while 41 percent like cats

I know SC, some are personal grants, and some are from taxpayers, BUT in these cases, WHY. I picture some dude/dudettes sitting around stoned one day and saying "Why are dogs so messywhen they drink and cats don't make a mess at all. Let's get a grant and find out why."

WTH?
How about asking "Why can't water run a car?", "How can we make a lamp that can provide the same light and energy, without the HIGHLY toxic mercury?"
Why use is know why dogs are messy & cats aren't?
How will these help mankind at all, beside decided what pet you want?
