Conifer Podcast continues today, January 19 at 5 pm. On behalf of Conifer, Bailey, Evergreen and the US 285 Highway Corridor, we once again recognize Ms. Kathi McCarty of the Meth Toxins Awareness Alliance for her continuing service to our mountain community. The Meth Toxins Awareness Alliance (or MTAA) is a prevention platform, where Kathi turned her personal challenge into a message to assist our mountain communities to navigate property insurance protocols, meth toxins testing, remediation research, the county condemning processes, state health department regulations, parallel criminal and civil litigation cases.

This Wednesday, February 2nd at 5 pm, we feature commentary by the students of the CHS Journalism Club about their plans for a regular Podcast produced by these students. Beginning on February 17th to be live-streamed every other Thursday at 5 pm and again the following Saturday at 9:30 am. Conifer Radio continues its series of Conifer Podcast featuring and promoting our local nonprofit organizations. This is a story written for ages 9-11 (grades 4-6) - and enjoyed by all adults - and tells a frolicking story about John Applefeller's annual failure to win the worldwide dessert contest. Presented by their elementary and middle school company and directed by our very own local Artistic Director, Amy Fletcher and Assistant Director, Marisa VerSteegh. This play is based upon a book written by Amy’s colleague, Dan Elish.
