Wild Land Fire C470 and Hwy 285 was created by MyMountainTown
Moving south cresting at the top of the hill approximately 10 acres have burned. Smoke and flames are visible from 285. Near Bandimere

EB C470 is closed at Alameda per KYGO. WB C470 remains open.

Some mutual aid crews are being moved from staging to directly attack the fire, as conditions become safe for them to do so.

It was still putting up a lot of smoke as I drove past around 5 pm. Per KOA radio, C470 is closed EB at I-70.

EB C470 has been re-opened.
