Agree SC- and he was definately not breast feed, unless he was breast fed from a stray skunk or something, possibly a weasel....No, I'm guessing he was raised on government cheese.

I agree with JMC that there probably is some mental illness with this 8 year old. And I wouldn't be surprised if his mother suffers from it as well. What do you do with cases like this? Who's responsible if both mother and child are mentally ill?
