Off topic Hoot Owl.. Suggest you research the different
post/threads on the various area forums to update yourself.
When has PK county politicians last eight years did anything
involving ethics, reasoning?. Check out the questions below,
how would you answer them-Yes, No??

Wayne, Your rants are always off subject-trying to mute us?
Can't understand--we are busy with only seconds to respond
to polticians/Trust. Compare it to putting out spot fires on a windy day. Wayne you have yet to answer the questions. --- --- Hoot Owl, here they are again.Wayne its 9th
request for you.

1.Is it right for PK county BOCC to take a small ball field and
turn it into a large (LARGE) Stadium in the middle of a built up
mountain residential neighborhood--against the homeowner
majority. And with taxpayer money??
2.Is it right for Land Water Trust to take the peoples special
"water fight tax"and use it against the homeowners(majority).
Example we have $1.7 mil in our trust bank balance. Land Water Trust says too much $$-we have spending programs
equal to $700,000 . ??OK for them to use Our Trust $$ against us??
3.The PCLL who do not live in impacted area say WE(PCLL)do
not want this Stadium in our backyard-but tread on yours using
PK count tax money to fight the homeowners. ??OK with you??
4.The abusers/actors filed for water well permit in a historically dry well area(per DWR)without informing homeowners-OK?w/U.
5.Colorado Div Water Resources(DWR)said to PK county,
permit denied. Yet with taxpayer funding they fight on at any
cost against the homeowners(majority)??OK with you.
6.Land Water Trust wants to have a secret meeting with
all their votes against 2-3 homeowner reps. If I said, because
of majority number against these actors, Shouldn't we the
people(homeowner majority) have 75 votes to their 16. They
the royalty do not want that, OK with you?

Since Tilt is wet for water...I hope to see Tilt in a water dunking booth soon. I would gladly drive someone's truck up Crow Hill with water for that opportunity. I would even pay $ 10 per throw to raise money for the Frozen Hard Tundra in Bailey known as a baseball field.

ResidentialTroll---4 days with that little outsider mind,
thinking of ways to use taxpayer money against the homeowners from another area than yours.

I ask you again ResidentialTroll--answer :crossed: above questions.
Why do you hide from them(questions) can't sleep at night.?.

Troll your own neighborhood. You talk take--where is the sportsmanship that you are suppose to teach the children.
All they see is -well if you want it -just take it. Are you
turning them into politicians-to take.

Again Troll-ANSWER THE ABOVE QUESTIONS, scared that your true answers(yes or No)would show your ? abusive tendencies towards your fellow man.

When have Park County politicians in the last eight years done anything involving ethics and reason?

Check out the questions below,
how would you answer them-Yes, No??

How would you answer the following questions?

Wayne, Your rants are always off subject-trying to mute us?

Wayne, you don't stay on the subject. Are you trying to shut us up?

Can't understand--we are busy with only seconds to respond
to polticians/Trust. Compare it to putting out spot fires on a windy day. Wayne you have yet to answer the questions. ---

I don't understand. We are trying to deal with Park County politicians and only have seconds to respond to them [because we don't find out about things until it is almost, or is, too late to stop them].

--- Hoot Owl, here they are again.Wayne its 9th
request for you.

1.Is it right for PK county BOCC to take a small ball field and
turn it into a large (LARGE) Stadium in the middle of a built up
mountain residential neighborhood--against the homeowner
majority. And with taxpayer money??

1. Is it right for Park County BOCC to take a small ball field and turn it into a large (LARGE) Stadium in the middle of a built up mountain residential neighborhood--against the homeowner majority and with taxpayer money???

2.Is it right for Land Water Trust to take the peoples special
"water fight tax"and use it against the homeowners(majority).
Example we have $1.7 mil in our trust bank balance. Land Water Trust says too much $$-we have spending programs
equal to $700,000 . ??OK for them to use Our Trust $$ against us??

2. Is it right for the Landu & Water Trust Board to take the people's special "water fight tax" [granted to fight the City of Aurora intially] and use it against the majority of the homeowners near and adjacent to the ball fields. Example: We have $1.7 million in the Land & Water Trust Fund bank balance. The Land & Water Trust Board says that they want to keep $1M for water fights. They want to spend $700,000 in grants on projects they pick and BOCC agrees to. Is it OK for them to use those funds against the homeowners (us, the taxpayers)??

3.The PCLL who do not live in impacted area say WE(PCLL)do
not want this Stadium in our backyard-but tread on yours using
PK count tax money to fight the homeowners. ??OK with you??

The PCLL for the most part does not live within the impacted area. However, members of the PCLL say that "they do not want this Stadium in their backyard but it's fine with them to put it in someone else's backyard, using Park County tax money to fight the homeowners toget this stadium. That's OK with you?

4.The abusers/actors filed for water well permit in a historically dry well area(per DWR)without informing homeowners-OK?w/U.

4. BOCC approved the Land & Water Trust Fund and PCLL request to file for a water well permit in a historically dry well area (per Colorado Division of Water Resources-DWR) without informing the homeowners. That's OK with you?

5.Colorado Div Water Resources(DWR)said to PK county,
permit denied. Yet with taxpayer funding they fight on at any
cost against the homeowners(majority)??OK with you.

5. DWR denied the well permit requested by Park County. Yet, with taxpayer funding, Park County entities continue to look for ways to get a well permit, using taxpayer funds against the homeowners who are against the stadium. Is that OK with you?

6.Land Water Trust wants to have a secret meeting with
all their votes against 2-3 homeowner reps. If I said, because
of majority number against these actors, Shouldn't we the
people(homeowner majority) have 75 votes to their 16. They
the royalty do not want that, OK with you?

6. The Land & Water Trust Fund Board wants to have a secret meeting with PCLL, softball league, high school representatives and homeowners, with the ball people having 6 people to 2 homeowners. Shouldn't the homeowners have at least an equal number of votes, with the homeowners in the majority. Park county royalty does not want that. Is that OK with you?

Satchmo can you translate his/her most recent message to me? I don't have a Whiskey Written Translating Device. I guess I could take a couple of shots and see if that works.

U P D A T E???????????

The secret/closed Water Land Trust meeting regarding
the new Sports Stadium and water taking was held on
schedule. Hear anything???. Another Secret(?) meeting
planned date unknown. How do YOU think the trustees
will spend the $700,000 that they claim we don't need .
Bank balance is $1.7 mil. A big fight with a U2 Uranium
water Mining company whether its Hartsel or Bailey--
could eat it all up in legal fights to protect PK county home-
owners in no time.

A Warning to homeowners ,watch for another well permit
filing. You have only 30 days to protest--- to Colorado
Div of Water Resources(DWR) aka-"The waterboard".
You can track filings online, Good luck!!

Expect :Koolaid: county BOCC to send(?) you copy of the Enviornmental Noise impact study for the new Sports Stadium.
along with the property owners agreed list(Stadium) by majority of homeowners lol And a breakdown of all taxpayer
funds spent and proposed to spend(millions-see Flume articles).
rofllol

Finally check out Bluebird Drive at new proposed Sports Stadium. The road being repaved(chip n seal). And some
of the actors at the secret/closed meeting live on that road!
What timing...I'm sure :Koolaid: BOCC will claim it was on the "to do list".
Just like your road-sure. rofllol
