Burland Ranch Sport Stadium update

Many homeowners of Burland Meadows + Burland Ranch
West came together last few days-matter of concern over
what started as updating small ball field w/water faucet now
planned a full lighted Sports Stadium, announcers, vendors,
watered fields, public invited, sports teams full seating. Paid
for by taxpayers via BOCC and with the peoples "water fight
tax" to fight outsiders-being used by Our Land Water Trust
to fight the homeowners. They(BOCC,Water TRUST,Little
League and other outsiders)never asked All the homeowners
in an area historically with dry wells if OK. No notice of filing
for well permit-so homeowners could protest to DWR(Colo
div Water Resources). No enviornmental impact study for the
noise that will easly surpass the BOCC new noise ordinance/law.

When one passes the word regarding a legal Constitutional
meeting of concern to take place. Not all notified are
friendly to said concern. Attendees found it odd(?)so many
white county sheriff-passes by meeting site. Maybe just
luck of the draw?

They talking about a sit down(little late-I'd say).
If I was doing sit down in behalf of homeowners(not).

I'd offer them--being we the homeowners outnumber your
three votes(BOCC,Land Water Trust + LL +outiders). We
shall have 75 votes to your three-we have come to your
meeting to ask you into our fold(Respecting homeowners).

hell?--yes Ronbo they(BOCC+) came from hell. Are you angry
you weren't invited. Which part of reality don't you want to
believe, tell us-stand up for yourself. The TAXPAYERS
in this area are-it was done under guise of the Constitution.

Actually I do not know what his rant is about. I do know that he is full of lies about a lighted sports stadium. Somewhere in his/her twisted mind this person thinks there are plans for a lighted sports stadium in Burland.

8/14/09 pg 1+29--the story trail,from water fountain to watered
and lighted sport stadium with side arenas. And yes-the lights
were mentioned by assessor(now in control of peoples water
fight tax)said he working on it. Sorry tell the Flume they erred
and make them retract it.
Show the people Ronbo the proof of BOCC+Land Water Trust
meetings with the homeowners. Notification of filing for
well permit(or to sidestep the DWR-in Flume stories,too( Listed
above). The Enviornmental impact studies for the noise.Where
are they Ronbo.

Whats scary was the slicksters planning a meeting with
only one homeowner. And now a taxpayer informs the people
of a potential date of that (closed meeting)and scaring the
the county royalty in fear they would be legally confronted
over a matter of public concern. Lies/rants Ronbo?-a common practice on the forums by the royalty and their willing mules
to make comments like-I/We don't understand, lies and other
cutsie (low IQ like)phrases-to change the subject(s).
