No skin in the area you say. Sounds like the head of Little
League who said--No--I wouldn't want this in my backyard.
When majority of homeowners aka-property owners say no
then what don't you understand. Try assessors office-ask for list of the absentee owners , maybe they will go along with
your wish  .

A question your little miniority(neighbor abuser types) that
none have answered. Is it right for the peoples(Taxpayers)
Land Water Trust to take our water fight trust $$$ to fight
against the wishes of the Majority of homeowners(majority).

Hey Tilt,

I never made the accusation that baseball couldn't be played on that frozen rocky tundra of Bailey known as a baseball field. That has already been pioneered by two decades of Bailey youth. I am doubtful the "head" of Little League at National HQ has any position about this matter.

I am not sure at what accusations your a making about me or the Land Water Trust Board. You seem to have the inability to write cohesive sentences.

But, I don't live and never have lived in the Burland area; however, I have had one child play on that frozen rocky tundra of Bailey known as a baseball field. It's really ashame that this community can't come together and formulate a plan to make a green outfield and additional ball fields a reality. I guess some people just like fighting for the sole purpose of a fight. In the meantime, the small people will continue to slide on the frozen rocky tundra of Baily known as a baseball field.

Tilt, I hope you feel better at the end of the day knowing that your powerful fight stopped the community from the egregious efforts of building a better place for the small people. Maybe a better use for the land is to build a medicinal marijuana dispensary and put you and others out of your suffering. Heck, kids can play in the streets of Bailey. I am sure many Hall of Fame baseball players, as kids, played games in the streets of their communities too.

This is like reading one of those scary stalking letters that are in a code only the writer can understand, with little bits of extra paper stuck in with words on them.

Your brain dead comments are always a treat  You
really have no idea whats going on little lamb.

Now for the homeowners=update of the meeting that the
slicksters do not want you to know about.
Meeting Thursday started w/free taxpayer food. Few happy
desperate homeowners agreed to represent the homeowners
and others who attended but not invited for meeting June 30
at top of Crow hill(fire dept).
State Water Board(sorry Wayne-no tears) still no approval.

Suggest homeowners to monitor water board well permit filings
under #3643658. Colorado water laws allow the people to protest a filing and it then goes to water court, but could take
years to be heard.
It was announced that the peoples Land Water Trust Board has $1.7 mil balance, but they don't want it to dip below $1mil-!!!!,
with a list of fun spending projects with ($700,000).of OUR$$!
Homeowners answer based on those who live within the
600 foot circle-Is NO-we will not be muted.or negotiate.

Head of PCLL :Koolaid: indicated we(he)does not want this
Sport Stadium in his neighborhood, but Burland Ranch/
Meadow is ok--sorry(Wayne and shammer friends)no well
permit without our approval=NO. Go away and take your
tricksters with you.
Head of Land Water Trust(Peoples $) said very hard to prove
a decline in home values do to invited out of area teams, fields
watered, burning of human waste-to save water(oooh,Wayne
:Koolaid: are you up wind or downwind).
To prove a decline?=Yes comparbles have been gathered over the last year. Enough to prove by the market approach(type
approach honored by competent courts).
Wayne says, we the people are stalking, how about harassment
Wayne, maybe throw in Scared-then you will be BOCC ready.
Maybe Wayne you can get them(royalty) to arrest us on a no bail warrant and pile on some false evidence/testimony. Show
us your power, Waynie baby

JF1-another person who does not read-before (??) :Snooze
Try again-the comments directed at Wayne. If you were
really informed type person you could have done the same as
those who read it---the neighbors within 600 foot of proposed
well knew exactly what was said.

Neighbors who could be impacted by the water drawdown
and definetly the noise and maybe the whifff of burning
human waste-The homeowners/property owners in Burland
West and surrounding ridges above proposed NEW Sports
Stadium.

So JFI-be a stand up person-join with homeowners/property
owners. Monitor the Colorado Div Water Resources for
a sneak(no notice on other tries) re-filing. Only 30 days
to protest per DWR. Can you do that for the people/neighbors
every day :crossed:

Tilt, your snarkiness and writing style make it nearly impossible to understand you.

JF1acai, think of it as a race-you just entered, back of the starting row you go, and  No warmup laps.

But how is this:

Lets say You have just spent $12,000 on a new roof for
your home. Next morning you wake up to pounding,
hammering, pounding. You look up and there I am
pulling -yankin-ripping up your new shingle roof. You
might say-Stop(?) thats my roof. I could reply-I WANT
it free at your cost. And might(?)you say, I paid for it!
If I replied well would you negotiate for part of it-at your
cost(s) of course.

Can you Dig it now :crossed:

:yeahthat:

I had 4 kids play on that disgusting field. It is PAST time something was done to improve it. I remember when it was built. Call it illegal, but the land was donated to the county by the developer. I was thrilled when they put in the field. It has offered MANY hours of enjoyment to HUNDREDS of kids and their families.

Instead of stopping this much need facility, fight for a better intersection. BTW, have you NEVER been notified and able to protest when someone applies for a well permit. Nor will you ever be. If there is enough available land and enough space for a septic system, it will be approved by the State.
