They decreased taxes in order to do this. It didn't work out that way, but I don't think it was part of a selfish nefarious plan to increase the debt.

I don't believe in Global Warming as being man-made, and most conservatives I know would be conservationists if it didn't get in the way of their lives, like skyrocketing fuel prices because we can't drill for our own oil. Like all the other problems caused by the EPA.

Yes, it is. But you'd be sick to your stomach to know how many people out there wouldn't give up one dime a year to protect the water, air, or earth. I am not exagerating.
