So, it wasn't that he didn't THANK the TROOPS... It's that he didn't do it enough to satisfy whatever way you needed for him to do it to make you happy...
Ergo, like I said, you're a liar... He DID thank the troops...And plenty of proof, including videos were posted to prove it.
sure, how many hours later??? Obama..do, I, I, I, I, I, have to thank the troops? I, I, I, I, want to start my campaigning with bin ladins death...I, I, I, I, am the one in charge, and don't you forget it!

AGAIN, from the speech where President Obama informed the nation of the situation:
"Tonight, we give thanks to the countless intelligence and counterterrorism professionals who've worked tirelessly to achieve this outcome. The American people do not see their work, nor know their names. But tonight, they feel the satisfaction of their work and the result of their pursuit of justice.
We give thanks for the men who carried out this operation, for they exemplify the professionalism, patriotism, and unparalleled courage of those who serve our country. And they are part of a generation that has borne the heaviest share of the burden since that September day."
Please keep this up, it's fun showing how your credibility is destroyed.

If this operation had failed, and Obama gave a speech to the nation, the conservatives here would be crying that he didn't say "I" enough times. In typical partisan fashion, Obama will never get credit for doing something right, and will get ALL the blame is something goes wrong.
This thread has nothing to do with Bush vs Obama in class or anything else...it's just an opportunity for some to whine, and cry, and moan, and bitch about a president that they hate. Pretty simple actually.
AGAIN, your quotes appear after these...
"I directed Leon Panetta"
"I was briefed on a possible lead"
"I met repeatedly with my national security team"

Please keep acting as stubbornly ignorant as the Windy Point retaining wall... It's rather amusing.

Yup. Leadership is hell. Good leaders take blame and give credit.
