This is pretty easy, really. There are several people on this board who say that President Obama agrees with the teachings (and rantings) of Rev. Wright, who was his pastor for about 20 years. They say he agrees with Wright because he sat there in the pew for 20 years and did not leave the church.
Here is a case where Rep. Bachmann, currently a candidate for the Presidency, did pretty much the same thing, although for less amount of time.
The question is "Will those on this board (and elsewhere) that believe Obama agrees with Wright on every issue now state that Bachmann agrees with her pastor on every issue?"

lol Actually I think Obama joined this church for political reasons only. It was a big congregation that could help him advance in local politics.
And he threw Rev. Wright under the bus when he wanted to appeal to national voters for a Presidential run.
Thomas Sowell: There are no solutions, just trade-offs.
Don't people realise that Bachmann was a member of a Lutheran church (a conservative one), and such churches tend to follow the teachings of Martin Luther?
If you have a problem with his position that the Pope is the antichrist, then maybe you should bring it up with Martin Luther?
Luther had argued against resisting the Turks in his 1518 Explanation of the Ninety-five Theses, provoking accusations of defeatism. He saw the Turks as a scourge sent to punish Christians by God, as agents of the Biblical apocalypse that would destroy the antichrist, whom Luther believed to be the papacy, and the Roman Church.
Now, did her church express outright hate towards all Roman Catholics, or discriminate against them? Any tapes of rants of hate by the pastor out there? You can go after any Christain if you hold them to everything that is mentioned in the Bible.
I repeat: Why would you think I personally care what one group of delusional people think about another group of delusional people? Do you think I give a flip?

Yeah, I see a pattern here too... Anything that Obama does is bad; and anything that a conservative does that's THE SAME THING is okay... Hypocrisy at its finest....
Bachman's Church said they HATE AMERICA and Down with Whitey and they hate white people like Obama's mentor and church did? Please post that link.

Not at all. Being raised in an environment where Obama said it was his MENTOR who flat out says GOD DAMN AMERICA and DOWN WITH WHITEY is not even in the same ballpark with disagreeing with another religion and their views. Thanks for playing though. You are reaching further every day!

And FYI, not to offend any Catholics here but I got married in a Catholic church 25 years ago and I don't believe in some of their doctrine either. I don't believe in confessing to a middle man. I believe in parying directly to God. I don't beleive in Purgatory. Only Heaven and Hell. I believe they live too much under the law rather than by Grace which is taught in the New Testament. So does that make me a hater of America like Obama's mentor? Not even close! I just disagree with some of their doctrine.
