The only jobs program a government can come up with is one for government jobs
That does seem to be true and I wish more people really understood what a new government job means. It means another bill for taxpayers and it's usually a very expensive bill. When a private sector job is created, it instantly brings in revenue to counter the expense of government jobs. Which jobs do we need now?
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

As was part of the obama campaign also. The Republicans haven't done nothing, but then again neither did the democrats the last 4 years, and neither did obama. So all in all, nothing but a bunch of BS from all of them, and now that he is campaigning (yep that is exactly what he is doing) he wants to come out with a plan for jobs. Alot of BS from Washington while campaiging. New government jobs do not count. Personally they need to go through and start getting rid of a bunch of them that are doing nothing but sitting around and drawing a paycheck
The Obama jobs plan....he plans to hire $ 8 hour unemployed to take surveys at local libraries, makes calls, and protest for his campaign administration.
He figures if he can raise $ 1 billion for his campaign he can keep the mainstream media employed and others. rofllol rofllol
Incentives for renting foreclosed real estate is a good idea. These houses are just sitting empty and falling apart. I have been considering buying something to rent, although I would prefer condos not houses.
Investors are already doing this, I read they are buying up entire blocks of houses in the same area, and re-building the whole neighborhood to make it appealing. I think I read something about this in the Detroit area.
The end result of this may be a bigger distortion of wealth distribution though, wealthy landlords and broke renters. House ownership was one thing that helped lower income Americans gain some net worth, if they didn't screw it up.
If you want to be, press one. If you want not to be, press 2
Republicans are red, democrats are blue, neither of them, gives a flip about you.

lol You would be surprised at how well that works in a corporate environment. Either that, or propose exactly the opposite of what you want and say it was ______'s idea (the guy the corporate guys hate). They will quickly come around to your idea and it is all theirs...
