Washington Examiner: 27% Of Dems Don't Want Obama In 2012

:faint: Wow. Looks like the rank and file Democrats want someone else to run in Barack Obama's place. Do you think this is primarily super lefties who don't like moderate Barack? Dems who would prefer a more experienced President?

:VeryScared: Or is it the racists in the Democrat party like John Murtha pointed out in 2008?

27%.......is that supposed to be big news? I suspect 27% didn't want him the first time around too....and he still won.

That's a good one archer, Obama lost 27% of the votes in his own party and still won the election. Got any more fables from the other side of the looking glass you'd like to tell us today?

You read what you want to read PS....not wanting someone a year before the election, and not voting for them are two different things. Obama was not my first choice, so yes, at this point in the last presidential election I would have been one of the 27% who didn't want Obama. But when the election came around and it was a choice between Obama and McCain....it was no contest, Obama wins that contest handily.

The real fable is the Republicans thinking any of their candidates will beat Obama. When you put up idiots for a national election, only idiots will vote for them.....and there just aren't enough tea party faithful idiots to put any one of them in the White House.

I'm not looking for a win against Obama, it's not really that important when compared to the election for control of the Senate. Given a choice of defeating Obama or gaining control of the Senate, I can't think of a single conservative who wouldn't choose control of the Senate as more important, especially if control reaches the magic number of 60 seats. Not likely, mind you, but possible given that there are over 2 Democrats up for election this time around for every Republican instead of near parity in numbers. Every single one of those Democrats will have to be defending their vote for ObamaCare in 2012 against their Republican opponent, perhaps even in the wake of having the mandate that it includes ruled as an unconstitutional act by the Supreme Court and a shining example of what happens to the Constitution when Democrats are given lots of power at the national level.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
