I'm not pushing Obama over Cain, so excuse me if I don't compare them.
The fact is Obama is the President of the United States. That trumps any experience of anyone who has not held the office. It always has.
Footnote:
One of the weirdest moments of the Aug. 11 Republican debate probably slipped completely under the radar for most viewers. This moment occurred in Herman Cain's closing statement, when the former pizza-chain CEO recited a favorite inspirational quote:
"A poet once said, 'life can be a challenge, life can seem impossible, but it's never easy when there's so much on the line.'" -- Herman Cain
Nothing strange about that on the surface, until you Google the quote and you realize that the words of wisdom were uttered not by a poet, but by disco queen Donna Summer in her song "The Power of One." Even more bizarre, this isn't even one of Summer's classic hits -- she recorded it just over a decade ago as the theme song for Pokémon: The Movie 2000.
It was hardly the first time Herman Cain had quoted, and incorrectly sourced, the lyrics from "The Power of One." On a seemingly official website, Cain quotes the lyrics but attributes them to "the closing song to the 2000 Olympics." He made the same mistake in his official campaign announcement on May 21
And again, in a speech at the Republican Leadership Conference in New Orleans on June 17.

Of course you are Wayne - you are not only pushing Obama over Cain, you are pushing him over every Republican who has thus far expressed a desire to hold the office after the 2012 elections are concluded.

Don't get it TPP, Cain was incoherent and his #'s were way off. I had a company then and Cain is so wrong!. Do you own calculations. What an idiot, not you TPP, Cain. No wonder his company churns out a crap product.
Which are you most concerned about JMC? The quality of the Pizza or his qualifications for President? You keep remarking about the quality of the Pizza. There are unfortunately, many in this country who wouldn't know a good pizza from a bad one. Remember all people are not Italian. Everyone has a different palate and there isn't any restaurant anywhere that makes anything that everyone likes.
To me, what Mr. Cain represents the most is that he is definitely not a Washington insider.

If you run on being a quality businessman , the quality of your product matters , at least to me. You produce crap and pawn the garbage on the public you accept the results. If you can't produce a decent food product what makes me think you will produce a good government product? Community organizer ring a bell?
He has no public sector experience, so all I have is his business background, he product is garbage and over priced. What does that lead me to believe?
Quality food product is still in the eye of the beholder, or in this case the masses that order a pizza. I personally wouldn't eat a Godfather's pizza or a Domino's pizza or even a Pizza Hut pizza but there seem to be millions of people that do.
I'm definitely not ready to concede that equates to the experience of a community organizer, by any means. He definitely has more business experience than any community organizer.

If your only qualification is as a"business leader" running a 3rd rate pizza chain does not qualify in my book. Look at the results with the election of an in experienced pol like Obama. Not going to burn me twice.
