Think she was guilty?
I do believe the Italian police bungled the evidence but I am still undecided if she was guilty.

Apparently, the lesson here is that if you're a marginally attractive white chick in your 20s and you want to murder someone, this might be the year to do it.

I think it is true that the Italian Police bungled the evidence and she should have had a mis-trial, though I am not sure if that would apply in Italy.

I have followed a lot of what I could read about this appeal and felt that she had a real good chance of this verdict.

I'm not sure that the quote from Kate really had anything to do with the verdict. I see her as plain looking especially when compared to the women in Italy.. BTW Kate, the murder wasn't this year. The actual trial took about a year and this appeal took a long time, as well. Since you appear to be a Liberal, I can see how a " marginally attractive white chick in her 20's" would be intimidating and worthy of such a comment, especially when you look at pics of Liberal women.

From what I've read, I'd say no, she didn't do it. Too much doubt. No motive, you already have convicted the guy from the Ivory Coast, conflicting testimonies, and weak DNA evidence
