And I don't think the world got that message. The message they got was "we gotta build nuculear weapons as fast as we can or live under American tyranny" and just think of the literally trillions of dollars, and literally millions of lives (viet Nam, Korea..etc..etc) lost in the cold war. For example, I dare any conservative here to point out a single instance of President Obama apologizing to another nation. Would that the conservatives here become "outraged" because the Republicans refuse to work to bring forth legislation that would actually create jobs.

Nowhere on there does it say Obama or his administration proposed it.

It sounds as though someone in Japan thought that might be a good idea but Yabunaka didn't.
