Isn't that bridge for the light rail? If not, I don't see it getting much use. It is not like America is into walking when they can drive a hundred yards. It's so much "faster" and takes less effort.

That's what I thought the first time I saw it. Every person responsible for this complete waste of money should be run out of office. They don't have enough $'s for schools, but they have enough for this useless monument to government waste.

I agree, this bridge looks really unnecessary and over-elaborate too boot. I don't see any evidence of a park and ride or anything else to do with light rail or transit, is something planned for that nearby?

Well it did create/save some jobs lol

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

It is refreshing to have the injection of humor. If only those pigeons could come to roost on the person who conceived of building it. It's a wonder that individual did not have his statue erected there as well. To bad then the pigeons could deliver their thought on it for us.

It's outrageous. There needs to be an accounting and yes, heads need to roll. It's too easy to spend other peoples money if you have no skin in the game.

Yes it did, but not enough.

$3 million was just too little. We need to spend more on the next one!
