Were the officers aware that the driver of the stolen car was a 14-yr-old? Or were they simply doing their job?

To which you replied I needed to do my homework.

When you post supposed facts but will not give your source when asked it makes me less apt to accept said facts. It makes your information suspect if you cannot/will not give your source.
