I thought I read Colorado tourism benefits from staycations.

Since our gas is lower than the rest of the country, I'm betting we'll attract vacationers who drive.

You could be correct, but if gasoline does hit $6, I think out of state tourism to Colorado will go down. And even people in Denver won't visit the mountains as often.

Your thinking is flawed.

Vacations in general will go down everywhere as driving becomes more expensive....common sense.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

Recent history has proven that the number of in state staycations increase as fuel prices go up and people can't afford to fly to distant locations.

So Barry's fantastic energy policy has been a total success, what a wonderful issue to celebrate. Let's all dance in the streets when gas hits $5.00 and more a gallon! It has to be good for America, Barry said so...

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

I really can't comment when you blow something out of proportion... exagerate much?

...

I fixed your spelling; in English it's exaggerate not "exagerate" (you're welcome)

Can you shed some light on how Barry' s lack of an energy policy has damaged our economy (never mind a real budget). Maybe that is keeping you from commenting? Or is it just hard headed partisan politics?

I'm guessing not... Thus your lack or understanding of other simple issues.

I can't believe those on the Left who think we should just sit back and accept these new higher prices. Imagine how this will affect charities like those who deliver meals or food banks who pick up donations from around the county. They will have to cutback services.
