According to popular conservative pastor Rick Warren, Romney is not Christian. http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/20 ... hristians/

Since conservatives made such a fuss about the religion of President Obama, is this relevant now? Should it be discussed? Is the Church of Latter Day Saints a mainstream religion, or is it a cult as some conservatives had stated?

Mormons are Christians, but many Christians want to exclude others so they like to say they are a cult.

I don't believe they are a cult but I also don't believe some guy was walking through the woods and found gold plates and then lost them and then dictated the Book of Mormon (two different versions) out of a top hat.

Who cares. He is a better presidential candidate than the current failure in the white house.

I must say that of the Mormons I've met and dealt with in word and deed, they very much above the average protestants I've met in the same circumstances. They are somewhat like Christian Scientists, in that they read another religious book besides the Bible. Mormons do believe in Jesus Christ, so I consider them Christians.

Mitt's already lost the women's vote (18%), he's losing the men's vote as of this morning (4%); he's lost the Hispanic vote; he's lost the LGBT vote; he's lost the senior vote, and he's losing the extremist evangelical vote... But he's doing GREAT with those that make over $200,000!!!
