As long as Romney keeps flip flopping his stance on the issues and pandering to whatever group he is speaking to, his religion isn't going to matter one bit.

I agree...especially since Obama is a Christian and his radical liberal base (not all liberals) ignore that fact but then make fun of Christians who are not liberals. Hyposcrisy at it's finest.
The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.
American Christians used to be anti-Semites decades ago, but lately are some of Israel's most loyal allies. Maybe this election will get them to support the LDS too. Mormons do have some funny beliefs, but so do most religions.

A flip-flopper? Mitt must be inspired by Obama. Obama ran supporting the Defense of Marriage Act, but now has told the Justice department to no longer defend it.
Obama ran pledging to close Gitmo, and still doesn't have an announced schedule.
Supported taxing the rich during his campaign, but kept the capital gains taxes at 15%.

If you question whether Romney flip flops and/or panders, you really haven't been paying attention.
I have always believed that politicians will take a position for the election and then if they win, they find out that there is a lot more to the issue than anyone was ever told. As for the President, there are a lot of other politicians in Washington that can easily derail a President and his "agenda".

How many of Obama's promises were on the table in his first year besides a health care bill that the majority doesn't want? Seems to me our biggest problems were ignored including cutting the deficiit in half.. what a joke that line was.
