Doesn't bother me that she chose a rich guy and stayed home. But Mitt can quit using her for a women's issues mouthpiece. When you walk the walk, then talk the talk.

Exactly. What she doesn't say while proclaiming she stayed at home and raised her kids is how many maids or nannys she had helping her. It's not like she really had to juggle the family budget to make ends meet. She only had to decide which Cadillac to drive when she went out. Mitt already confirmed she had several. Good for her, but don't try to make it sound like it was hard work or comparable to a regular mother raising her kids.

The woman who said this was spot on: "His wife has actually never worked a day in her life. She’s never really dealt with the kinds of economic issues that a majority of the women in this country are facing in terms of how do we feed our kids, how do we send them to school and how do we worry, why do we worry about their future."

And I agree, it's a pointless story.

Jerk... her son was on a talk show today, and they had no nannies. You're so f'king jealous of the rich that you can't even see straight. Prove to me she had nannies? Or did you just make that up? Or is that the leftist talking point of the day? Prove it.

And here's a nice lefty website that show you just what the left thinks of women that don't toe THEIR ideological line... NSFW... "Anne Romney is a C*t"

Here jerk-wad... do the math...

Immediately after Romney's return from France in December 1968, the pair reconnected and agreed to get married as soon as possible.[12] Ann Davies and Mitt Romney were married by a church elder in a civil ceremony on March 21, 1969, at her Bloomfield Hills home, with a reception afterward at a local country club.[4][12] The following day the couple flew to Utah for a wedding ceremony inside the Salt Lake Temple; her family could not attend since they were non-Mormons, but were present at a subsequent wedding breakfast held for them across the street.[4][14]

The couple's first son was born in 1970[12] while both were undergraduates at Brigham Young,[15] living in a $75-a-month basement apartment,[16] which Mitt had transferred to based upon her request.[13] After he graduated, the couple moved to Boston so that he could attend Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School. Slowed down by parenthood, she later finished her undergraduate work by gaining a semester and half's worth of credits via taking night courses at Harvard University Extension School,[15] from which she graduated in 1975[1] with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree with a concentration in French language.[17]

A stay-at-home mother,[18] Romney raised the family's five boys (born between 1970 and 1981)[12] and taught early morning scripture classes to them and other children[18] while her husband pursued his career, first in business, then in politics.[19] Her personality as a political wife was viewed as superficial and was a detrimental factor in her husband's eventually losing effort in the 1994 U.S. Senate election in Massachusetts.[18] In one instance during the campaign she was ridiculed for saying that she and her husband had never had a serious argument during their married years.[20] During the 2012 election, some controversy occurred regarding whether she ever "worked a day in her life".

Now shut up unless you have proof that she had maids and nannies raising the kids.

The story served it's purpose very well, people watched the "news" long enough to see the commercials, which is all it is there for.

You can go back to ignoring this again.

Hey, they also showed the few seconds of court time of that guy that everyone is obsessed with too. I think the anticipation of that and the rocket, er missle, er rocket launch got some people to watch ads too. So not a total waste.

Yeah, Governor and Mrs. Out-Of-Touch think they can parley this into an issue of "Dems don't care about families"...

Anne Romney HASN'T worked a day in her life at a paying job, nor has she had to. (Perhaps she has more experience trying to figure out how to juggle her two Cadillacs?) She and Governor Out-of-Touch are still CLUELESS on what working women deal with every day of their lives, and it's always a hoot watching the two of them try to "get a clue."

I know you're stupid... but are you blind too? Read the article...
