For example, Maryland GOP Rep. C. Paul Smith and Kirby Delauter justified their votes to cut Head Start by saying that “women should really be married and home with their kids,” thus rendering the program unnecessary. Former Republican congressman Pete Hoekstra, who is now running to unseat Sen. Debbie Stabenow, weighed in on the Lilly Ledbetter Fair Pay Act on Thursday, saying, “….I think it’s a nuisance. It shouldn’t be the law.” The Romney campaign wasn’t able to answer whether he would repeal it. Gov. Scott Walker (R-WI) signed a bill recently that repeals a law that gave women more power to challenge wage discrimination. State Sen. Glenn Grothman (R), who led the effort, said "Pay discrimination is a myth driven by liberal women’s groups…money is more important to men.”

I seriously doubt that will happen since Harry Reid is a Mormon.FredHayek wrote: Lets make Barack Obama a stay at home dad in 2013! Stolen from the twitterverse.
Looks like one of the key Dem strategies is to use envy to attack Romney for being rich, but I wonder if they will send out their media minions to attack Mitt using the anti-women perception of the Mormon Church? Should we expect to see more stories about the Mormon offshoot cults and the women who have escaped them?
