Ann Romney a rich entitled socialite - yuck, she raises kids

JSG wrote: The Romneys are so blatent with their wealth. They are shoving their wealth and riches in our faces. Just look at all the gaffes Romney has made on the campaign trail about money, etc. Ann driving her cadillacs, etc. And, that 12 million dollar beachfront home in posh La Jolla, CA. They are spending millions more $$$ on the remodel including an elevator in the home for all their cars. A car elevator! Where is the outcry re: the Romneys and flashing all that money when we are in a middle class recession? I am appalled. People should be outraged! I am. It seems to be okay to diss our president and his wife Michelle for all they do for America, but the Romneys who had it all handed to them it is okay with the Repubs. Unbelievable. Hypocrisy at the fullest.

I'm still waiting for the proof that they had nannies and maids raising the kids. It must suck to be a lier. No wait... JSG is a lefty... comes with the territory. You stepped in it this time and you can't back up your statement.

I win sucker.

Hey numskull. Nothing for me to prove. I never said she had nannies and maids raising the kids. I said she didn't say how many maids or nannys she had helping her.

But thanks for playing.

Your lame-ass parsing of your own statement is not cutting it with anyone reading this thread. Suggesting what she doesn't say is implying she has something she needs to reveal to us. You only fooling yourself.

WOW, talk about threading the needle. I predict that JSG will soon disappear from the forums to resurrect with a new persona and screen name.

Oh, now I'm implying. Earlier, Libtard Twin called it a statement.

No, what I precisely said was she didn't say. Why is that?

If she's going to talk about how hard it is to raise her kids and she's rich, wouldn't you expect her to say "I didn't have any help. I raised them on my own" to let people know she didn't use nannies or maids, as one would expect a wealthy stay-at-home mom to do?

I find it curious she didn't say. I find it laughable a multi-millionaire wife can talk about how hard it is to stay at home and raise kids. I also fight it laughable Romney is being painted on here as struggling financially through college when he is the son of a multi-millionaire.

But hey, if you like multi-millionaire Romney so much as your candidate -- a guy who can relate to the average family, give him all your support.

Libtard? You realize your giving credence to a term that is reserved to describe lefties like yourself? You've embarrassed yourself into such a tight corner tonight that you are now forced to belittle your own side. Classic?

Really...

Stop the Republican War on Women!

Whether it’s denying half the population necessary health care, holding a House panel on contraception with no women on it, or suggesting that holding an aspirin between the knees is all the birth control women need, it’s clear that Republicans are shockingly out of touch on issues of fairness and equality.

Sign our petition, and call them out. Demand that Republicans drop their war on women. Gender discrimination is wrong. It’s time Republicans stopped trying to write it into law.

I demand that Republicans stop their war on women. Gender discrimination is wrong. Republicans must stop trying to write it into law.

Or how about...

Pelosi accuses GOP of waging 'war on women' in fundraising pitch

In the Democrats' latest fundraising bid, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi on Wednesday accused Republicans of waging a "war on women."

The California Democrat is hoping the GOP's high-profile opposition to President Obama's birth-control mandate will alienate women and independent voters — and lure campaign cash to the Democrats' coffers.

In an email blasted by the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee (DCCC), Pelosi urged a $3 donation "to send a clear message that we will not tolerate or stand by while Republicans wage war on women’s rights."

"March 31st is the first quarterly Federal Election Commission (FEC) deadline of 2012 and the first since the Republicans’ unprecedented assault on women’s rights," Pelosi said. "The national media and our opponents will use our grassroots fundraising totals to measure the strength of our opposition to the Republicans’ War on Women."

I figure if I use the same language as the right, maybe they'll understand it better. Thanks for acknowledging it worked.

And get it a grip. It's a little message board, not the Debate Olympics.

You get a grip. You indicated that she probably had nannies and maids raising the children and she should tell us about it. The time line in the Wiki indicates that they were not set up in a "lavish" life style during the early years when the kids were born. The Wiki implies that SHE raised the kids. As a Mormon, that would be considered a duty and a blessing to them to have that many children and to attend to the raising of the children themselves. One of her sons was on a talk radio show yesterday and he flatly denied anyone raised him besides his mother. Your statement about the nannies and maids certainly was designed to question how much of a hand she had in the day to day chores of raising five kids... to raise a question that you had no proof of the answer one way or another.

Grow up and act like an adult. You raised the questions without any facts, your raised the question to paint a picture of a woman who was privileged and out of touch with the daily domestic chores of a middle class family... you raised the question and then went on in this thread about wealth and other favorite targets of the left, all without any premise or foundation for the question raised.

You don't like the rich... then I give you a blessing... "The truth doesn’t die but it lives like a poor man." Start acting like a poor man.
