What exactly is the GOP/Romney plan to deal with illegal immigration.

Would it not be more productive to go after the companies that hire illegals?

What has not been mentioned in this debate is if we made all the illegals who pick crops and work for lower wages... made them legal citizens... it would also raise the operating cost of businesses, since they'd be covered by wage & hour. Of course, then we'd get taxes from the newly acquired citizens.

Well that's one good way to get millions of extra illegals into the country... just have to pick crops for a while and you're on the fast track to citizenship. We should be making it more desirable for businesses to come to the US instead of more uneducated field workers.

Illegal immigration will be a much bigger problem if Mitt wins because the economy will come storming back and there will be many more jobs for illegals to steal from Americans.

What a bunch of crap. When the economy was in a death spiral, Obama and the Democratic controlled congeress were more interested in the health care bill than in stopping the bleeding.
