Rush Limbaugh nails it:

Obama Blames Hillary for Libya, Kerry for the Debate -- and Bush for Everything Else

Bush with his puppy is cute!

I have been following what "W" has been doing for the troops since he left office, especially wounded warriors and I have a lot more respect for the man now than when he was in office.

He didn't need to do that, but he wants to.

Having lost a dear friend in the Iraq war, I have always been deeply touched by the actions of President Bush in regards to the families of those who lost a loved one on his watch. He maintains contact with many of those families.
I did not agree with many things Bush did with the economy but I will always respect his heart where our military is concerned. I truly believe he grieved the loss of every soldier lost. That opinion is based on personal experience.

You guys are really getting desperate.

No desperation.
Just frustrated.

Obama all but ignored the death of 4 Americans in an act of war perpetrated on an American Embassy.
Do you have any real thoughts on that issue are are you still in condescension mode?
I would love to hear a plausible reasonable explanation from the left on how this administration has handled this travesty.
What exist within an administration that could cause a huge amount of the voting public to mistrust their actions in regards to the safety of our citizens abroad.

FredHayek wrote: Have you ever seen a US Embassy in Europe? It is like an armed fortress. The Euros hate them because they often fence off the sidewalk, are unsightly and don't fit in with the neighborhood. This is in countries that are stable allies. But in Libya, our ambassador gets a British unarmed security team. Really? Really? After Kadaffi's arsenals had all been looted and individual citizens now owned tanks, the Obama administration assigns the guy a weaponless security team.

I believe the Obama administration was more worried about the visual of a well enforced embassy. Obama promised no boots on the ground in Libya but that's the one promise he shoould have broken imo. The Americans on the ground in an unstable country with a new government should atr the very least be protected by our military who are packing heavy heat. If this was not possible for whatever reason, then no Americans should have been left their to ''hope" they don't get killed.

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

As we know now from a couple of loose-lip Republicans it wasn't an American embassy, but a secret CIA asset. The investigation is continuing into what happened. Let the chips fall where they may.

Raess....I will tell you this with a reasonable amount of certainty......
Our military is overwhelmingly not supportive of the current president.
With a son in the military, I am heavily connected to military discussion forums from the Marines to the Army. (You might remember one in particular)
You can pull a few pics here and there but there are thousands of pics that can be posted here to show the love and respect our troops have for President Bush.
I heard just yesterday that the split (if they are allowed to vote) for both candidates is 70/30 for Romney and that was a generous split.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The White House has put special operations strike forces on standby and moved drones into the skies above Africa, ready to strike militant targets from Libya to Mali — if investigators can find the al-Qaida-linked group responsible for the death of the U.S. ambassador and three other Americans in Libya.
