How about this?

Use this thread to paste any post in the courthouse that you think goes too far. Be fair, don't change the post or the posters name, just show what you consider to be unacceptable. Anyone from any "side" can paste any post they find to be over the top and what they would like to see less of in the Courthouse.

If the PC is moderated... thread can be kept alive for as long as it has, we can do this. Or start a new thread for each week on Monday morning. This will at least show what kind of posting is disliked and who is doing it. Also, by making a list, it might just get some posters to drop the attacks.

This is a reasonable concept, I think.

It may make sense to respond within the thread using this format and copy it here. Someone can simply not look here and they are not kept honest, but if it is in both places, they will get the message where they type and if you want to make a point of quantity, you can come here vs. looking through 1000's of threads.

Thank you for working towards a practical solution, especially after being the first person to go to bat against me in the other "new board" thread. Taking this step is by no means effortless.

SS , interesting concept. It could be very productive.

On a general note I am more inclined to be irritated by a poster who makes frequent posts to a thread that do not add anything than the content of any particular post.

Sorry, since when was including the Tea Party in something regarding Republicans considered an insult? And by whom? I would say that is subjective.
