I will repeat: I will continue to use the word teabaggers because that is what they call themselves, and the fact that they've figured out, after the fact, that they don't like it, is not my problem. There are certain people that, based on their actions and their writings, qualify as sociopaths...It's a clinical definition and it applies. There are other examples of anti-social behavior that will continue to call people on. And I will repeat that If you really want to go down the road of trying make every post "not offensive to somebody on the board", then we've already become Pinecam, and I'm not interested.

The Righties use words to deliberately raise the hackles of liberals. I don't see any move to stop that, nor would I expect it. So, let's stop with this self-censorship effort ("because _____ doesn't like that word") right now...It's not going anywhere.

I'm going to be blunt. This site sucks, SC sucks as a business woman and LJ and Shitshiner suck. Don't worry I am leaving. The above is to show you what I think of the most grievous. Show me how to close out my account.

Final thoughts:
SC you will never make it as a businesswoman if you allow the shit that goes on the courthouse to continue. It belongs in the ring. Use terms of service to enforce the courthouse. Otherwise you look like a wuss, creating some stupid ass regs here and there and allowing violation of TOS to continue. Part of your goal is to bring people to the site, be welcoming and inviting, for them to want to stay and to interact with businesses. Feature one of the businesses each day or week and if your software allows they see it before the poster makes it anywhere else. After all the posters are here for free and your businesses are not or maybe they are, I don't have a clue.

You are asking posters to self moderate. It will never happen in a million years just because you ask them, they have already proven it time and again. But since you want them to take more responsibility, how about on that note or someone else who has volunteered to do something set up a poll once a week or every two weeks or maybe everyday for awhile until the mess gets cleaned up. Every poster who has posted in the courthouse goes on a list and anyone who goes to the courthouse can vote on who should go to the ring until the next poll. It needs to be anonymous so that people will vote and if you want to leave a post describing the behavior specifically it is optional.

Don't really give a shit what is decided but some form of review by peers needs to be done besides enforcing terms of service. Otherwise the site will limp along or go out of existence. It is the only way some posters are going to clean up their act or leave, their choice.

Now show me how to close my account. I don't participate in crap sites.

She managed to use teabagger four times in this post... only one reason for that and it's not because she changed her ways, it's because she thrives on the hate and the warped generalizations. My suggestion is that we just let her converse with the people on the left who have no problem with her hate and derogatory bs. Let her preach to her choir who obviously feel the same way she does but just can't get themselves to be as hateful.

Bingo... and if you keep engaging her you keep giving her the fuel for her hate which is the only reason she is here. And I don't think her views are all that radical compared to anyone else on the left, but her hateful tone is. There is a reason why she always rises to the top when this subject comes up, she is in a league of her own when it comes to divisive speech. Stop feeding her and she'll become irrelevant and will stick out like a sore thumb if everyone rejects her hateful style. I used to be a nice guy when I first started posting and I'm doing my best to be that guy again...starting with not engaging anyone who hates me for what I stand for and believe in.
