Why do we have a "Courthouse" anymore

Oh my God! Posts were moved from one forum to another! This travesty against the 1st amendment dwarfs the current 2nd amendment bickering on the outrage scale!

I'm affronted, I'm annoyed, I'm antagonized, I'm bitter, I'm chafed, I'm choleric, I'm convulsed, I'm cross, I'm displeased, I'm enraged, I'm exacerbated, I'm exasperated, I'm ferocious, I'm fierce, I'm fiery, I'm fuming, I'm furious, I'm galled, I'm hateful, I'm heated, I'm hot, I'm huffy, I'm ill-tempered, I'm impassioned, I'm incensed, I'm indignant, I'm inflamed, I'm infuriated, I'm irascible, I'm irate, I'm ireful, I'm irritable, I'm irritated, I'm maddened, I'm nettled, I'm offended, I'm outraged , I'm piqued, I'm provoked, I'm raging, I'm resentful, I'm riled, I'm sore, I'm splenetic, I'm storming, I'm sulky, I'm sullen, I'm tumultous, I'm turbulent, I'm uptight, I'm vexed, I'm wrathful!

Don't f@#$ with me man, I own a thesaurus!

This is really getting silly, but it is good entertainment which is what everybody wants right? But seriously archer, what's wrong with an individual wanting to pay for his/her own section the he/she is able to moderate? If that person has followers that want to drop in and not be assaulted with "Gee, looks like another teabagger did blah blah blah" and push the thread into the toilet? Even if I or others ignore, some people just can't help themselves and must respond, I then read the quotes and get pissed off. It just a vicious circle of who can be the most nasty to the other guy and topple their opinions with a shitty attitude. And trust me, when you reduce the hate, YOU WILL increase the humor. Sometimes change takes a while ad things won't settle down instantly, but in the end, I think it all works out. We all come here for a reason... If I didn't like the majority of people here, I'd be GONE.

And beieve it or not, I do like many of the people on the left, including you archer... I'm just happy I have another place to talk respectfully when the poop gets stacked too high and I need a break from it. I'll bet that everybody that posts in Bob's forum also posts here daily.... I will. And maybe this will force some people to change, just a little, when they finally realize that they have more to offer than just being an ass to those they disagree with. jmo Hope you all enjoy this beautiful day :sunshine:

The left is angry because they are now being judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin.

[important:hj89lp06][marquee:hj89lp06]!!!!!!!!!!WARNING: ANALOGY ALERT!!!!!!!![/marquee:hj89lp06][/important:hj89lp06]

I was at King Soopers the other day and I found a note on my truck:

I don't like what you did to this truck. Adding a trailer hitch and a topper? Deadhead and Trout Unlimited stickers? There are scratches and a few dings and that windshield might be a driving hazard. I see you don't keep the interior clean. There is dog snot and grime on the windows, dusty dashboard and all sorts of papers, fishing and camera gear laying higgledy-piggledy about the cabin. What is wrong with you?

I like my truck just the way it is now. It gets cleaned up on occasion, and stuff gets moved around to better suit the needs of the drive and passengers. There is always room to be made for more passengers. Sometimes it gets hard to find things with so much stuff in there. But, it is much safer and more reliable and comfortable than some of the other vehicles on the road. It has shown me many things and has taken good care of me and I have had a bit of fun with it. And while it does get a bit dirty and needs occasional maintenance I think it is a vehicle I will stick with for a while. I have other vehicles that I like to drive too, but this one is special.

No offense to anyone.

Why do I see posts by archer, chickaree, homeagain, and me in there then? If you don't like what he posts, stay out of his forum, simple as that. Wanna have "vibrant" dialog? Start or participate in threads in the Courthouse, or anywhere else on this site. No one's forcing you to even read his forum, much less post in it, and all he's asking is that you stay on-topic and be respectful or he moves it, NOT deletes it. Deleting is not done here, and he agreed to that before I accepted his payment.

The forum is open to all, no one is restricted, the guidelines are clearly spelled out and you can choose to follow them or not. Get over yourself drop out, :nyah: no need to feel threatened. Heaven forbid we should try something new and unexpected to see how it goes...where's your entrepreneurial spirit?

$= speech. nothing entrepreneurial about that. Lazy is all it is,I'm embarrassed to have been a part of this garbage. I have been your biggest defender but this reeks of short term greed.
Please delete my account.

$ = speech, everything entrepreneurial about that. This is true even if not ideal. I can register a company name with the govt and pay a fee and you cannot even use that word the same ever again, despite the constitution. Money has always allowed someone to have more of a voice, if one was going to address this, address it within govt abuse of such policies for gain, not a private company, which can restrict and sell speech as it sees fit. This is like any other media, content and placement for sale.

I see no issues with what is going on, I am tempted to buy my own forum and there were major issues with what was going on prior. This was an effective and elegant solution without burdening the business. It is not lazy, it was a choice.

Also, when Drop Out started this site, was there any expense or effort, as the site being born gave him a voice and others, but I assume it had to be paid for. None of us would have a voice here if the advertisers did not pay or we would need some gracious folks to run this board. If people that had no money had a voice, they would prolly have more money.

Wow, there are people like me around here, and since you called it a topper, I know a few places you are not from. What you call the thing you cover a truck bed with has a different name wherever you go, more than Coke. In the NE or the NW, most would not even know what a topper was. Canopy in the NW and Cap in the NE. Not a dig, just interesting.
