I think its already too late, after March 2010, new policies are no longer grandfathered. But I could be wrong since its all very complicated and the HHS bureaucrats are currently writing the rules.
If you are self employed, the insurance must be in your business name I think, not an individual policy. I looked into it in past years and it always seemed I could not deduct my individual Health insurance for taxes. There was always some if, and, or but that disqualified me. Sucks!

Most people don't want the health care bill, the polls show that. The people who want it are those who don't want to work and living off of welfare for the handouts. So, are you saying that most of the voters who are against this, are republicans? hmmm...
