Dave Wissel is the county assessor and also head of the Land & Water Trust Fund Board that has over $1.6M of our tax dollars.

And who thinks it's a good idea to take our tax dollars (that were voted to preserve Park County water from takings by entities in the flats) to put in a well at the Burland Ballfields for concessions, toilets, and field watering.

As much as I don't like the old man, it is not a conflict of interest since the coroner and R&B head don't report to each other.
