"Back in 2007 I had two white female public school teachers tell me why Barack Obama was desperately needed as president. They said that black male students have no male role models. If only Obama was elected, black male students would improve their behavior and academic performance, they claimed.

In many major cities, black academic performance has actually gotten worse since Obama took office. We have also seen the dramatic nationwide rise of black teen mob violence under the Obama administration.

On July 26th Obama signed an executive order titled the "African American Education Initiative." The order essentially gives a green light for black students to misbehave in public schools. In two places, Obama's executive order calls on schools to reduce the number disciplinary actions taken against blacks students. The order specifically calls on schools too "not rely on methods that result in disparate use of disciplinary tools."

Wow! Even for you Bob, this is really off the charts. You have managed to set the record for the new forum in terms of racism. The Executive Order that the article references does not "call on schools to reduce the number of disciplinary actions taken against blacks students." Instead it outlines a series of objectives to improve the opportunities of African American students to receive a quality education. These objectives include such items as enhancing the educational and life opportunities of African Americans by fostering positive family and community engagement in education; reducing racial isolation and resegregation of elementary and secondary schools to promote understanding and tolerance among all Americans; improving the quality of, and expanding access to, adult education, literacy, and career and technical education; and increasing opportunities for education and career advancement in the fields of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics.

The premise of the executive order, if one bothered to actually read it instead of relying upon racist rants of a right wing blog is that one of underlying issues of the disproportionate number of African Americans in the penal system is the lack of education of African American youths. I believe that is a fair statement, that the better educated one is, the better economic opportunities are available and the less chance of committing crimes. Do you disagree?
Your chosen article however prefers this statement: "There is a reason why blacks are more likely to be disciplined in school. Black students are more likely to misbehave."

The premise of your chosen article that you so proudly reference can be found in this statement in the article:
"The reality is that there is a massive transfer of wealth from white taxpayers to black public school students. Obama's blatantly false claims are an insult to all white people who pay taxes."

Wow! So only white people pay taxes! So the President is intent to transfer massive amounts of white peoples wealth to poor blacks! Wow!

The entire article is replete with generalizations about how bad blacks are for society and how whites must be protected from them. Wow!

Do you really believe that the Executive Order by President Obama to improve educational opportunities for African American students is really an "attempt to transfer wealth from white taxpayers to black students"? Let's stick to the topic that you have brought up in your OP, you can save your deflections to another thread. Let's talk about what you brought to our attention. The article in your OP is full of generalizations about how blacks are bad for white society, and apparently only whites are taxpayers. Let's talk about that since you thought it was so interesting that it needed to be brought to our attention. If you are going to bring racism into this forum, be prepared to back it up.
