Just like Obama is a good father and a wonderful husband but a poor President who can't negotiate a deal with Congress to save his Presidency and will only be known as a footnote in history, the massive bureacracy of ACA, a decade of 7% unemployment that no other Aemrican president has ever done, and the first white African-American Chief Executive.
