Which president injected his "science-denying" biases into the FDA, NIH, NWS, NOOA?

Which president looked the other way when a covert CIA operative was outed by Cheney?

At the time Bush was in office, he was the worst economic and foreign policy president we had ever had. I don't think that is still true. Just because Bush was an idiot doesn't excuse Obama.
