IMHO this still needs to be investigated and challenged by everyone who has a voice and who cares about their county.

Sorry got to ask, as I am not much on politic and my knowledge of same is just not there. D Green is the County Clerk right. But because she was up for re election, she is not allowed to be involved in the voting portion. Do you know for a fact, not second person or third person that she was there. I guess I need to research this also.

So, if you are going by the number of Republican registered voters by JULY 1st, then more would have added on with the ones who registered between the 1st and the deadline date in July.....Secondly, Independents can vote in Primary elections:: they just have to declare which ticket they are voting on at the poll booths.....

I know this to be true as I found I was listed as independent, I went on line last part of july and was able to make any changes I needed to make sure I could vote in the Primary.

YES it is a FACT...go read the Colorado Constitution, I'm not going to do the legwork for everyone, I've been researching and FINDING FACTS...you folks need to do the same if YOU CARE at all. I have invested a lot of time and energy to get our County BACK in the hands of the CITIZENS, not in the hands of those who like to turn a blind eye and sweep all the lies under the rug and look the other way.

Yes, she was there. People were complaining because the ballots were actually addressed to her, and the response was that her assistant does most of the handling and since Deb was running unopposed anyways, it didn't matter. Not sure if that's true, but seems fishy to me.

And yes, independents could change their affiliation right up to election day. But if you were already affiliated, the last day to change was in July.

Oh lighten up Xprss. It's pretty clear that you didn't stop to think about the number of people that might have either changed affiliations or picked an affiliation in order to have the ability to have their say in picking our next Sheriff in the Republican Primary before you went of half baked with your allegations of vote fraud. There were also many provisional ballots cast by people who showed up to register an affiliation and vote on election day whose signatures would have to be verified within 48 hours (IIRC) of the closing of the polls before their ballots were tallied into the total.

Perhaps, if you don't enjoy being the butt of jokes after exhibiting foolish behavior you should play the fool a little less often. If you do your research before you hit the send button, instead of starting it after your premise has been poked full of more holes than an air mattress that a porcupine slept on, perhaps, just perhaps mind you, folks might be willing to presume that your argument has some merit instead of dismissing it outright.

Yes it is fact that you saw her in the office or that she is not allowed to handle the ballots, and since you want to go down that road I STATED I WAS GOING TO RESEARCH IT.

So again if you know beyond rumor that she was in the office and "she was handling the ballots", and it is against the law. Then there is avenues to follow to get your proof to the Sec of State for action. Call them or emailing them is not proof. Send them what you have for them to take action. So as stated she was in the office, but was she actually handling the ballots. Were you there, did someone see her handling the ballots.
