If what you say is true, Cuomo would not be instituting the use of Chloroquine Phosphate in the treatment of Wuhan Virus.
Please understand that the aquarium cleaning fluid had chloroquine phosphate as an ingredient. The winners of the Darwin award didn't read, or bother with the other chemicals that were in the cleaner.

I can feel for both sides on this. I know a woman who lives in NYC, she gave birth a couple months ago. She really wants to move out of town but her job is a very New York thing, "UN" NGO stuff.
I wonder if after this, you will see a societal move away from urbanization. People just putting a lot more contact between each other, less hugs and handshakes.
