Like mine was ever going to be a real surprise. I could only be one of 2 on there. And it sure isn't Socialist or Marxist! :snapoutofit: Sorry, just had to use that emoticon. I like it.
Good point. I guess I could too. In fact I have been registered as 3 of them. I started as a Democrat because that is what my family was when I was young. And the Democrats back then were very different. Then as I matured, and became more educated on how each party likes to handle things and control people and their money, I became an Independent, but then I could never vote in a primary. So then as I realized that since I wanted less government, less regulations, less wasteful spending, less taxes, and more control over my life and my ability to give and to help others, and the government not telling me where and how much I have to spend on their pet projects, I became a Republican. Now that party has drifted away from me too, towards bigger government and more spending. So the two others that I lean towards, you can't register as.
Wonder if this post will start this thread moving towards 'The Ring'. :Grin:
I also started as a Democrat. Voted that way once when I was 18 and never did it again.
I have been a Republican most of my voting life but.....as you said Viking...the party is not what it was. I now lean towards the Tea Party or Independent.
