WITHOUT researching it, my personal experience,living in Conyers,Geo. says there is alot of racism,it is on the "down low"....my guess would be Delaware....just because it is not an obvious choice.

You want to know what’s racist? Some white politicians and actors saying that it is racist to require an ID to vote because black people are too stupid to get one. That’s racist in the extreme! Even Biden says that blacks are too stupid to use the internet. I’m sick of all the blatant racism that is spouting constantly while blaming the other side.
