"As homeagain said, he wasn't trans, he was a rapist posing as a cross dresser."
Facilitated by the school policy of allowing anyone who stated that he was transgender to use the girls bathroom. How else would he have been allowed in the girl's bathroom?
" And those of us who are skeptical about this whole situation are the suckers? Yeah, sure. Follow the grift."
Get your daughter sodomized and forced to preform fellatio. Is that your idea of a grift?
You misrepresented someone's argument to make it easier to attack.
By exaggerating, misrepresenting, or just completely fabricating someone's argument, it's much easier to present your own position as being reasonable, but this kind of dishonesty serves to undermine honest rational debate.
I am done with this conversation.
"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther
The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I know you said you're done with this, but I hope you understand which side of the isle is making a strong effort to minimize penalties for criminals across the board... they are not Republicans. I also hope you understand what kind of hornets nest the Biden's DOJ fired up when they used the FBI to intimidate very concerned parents who have the right to be outraged by what happened.
And when you say that the policy of letting skirt wearing boys into the girls restroom isn't the issue, you ignore the obvious... you ignore the fact that if the boy didn't have the ok to use that bathroom, it would be unlikely that he would have raped a girl there.
It was always the women, and above all the young ones, who were the most bigoted adherents of the Party, the swallowers of slogans, the amateur spies and nosers−out of unorthodoxy

You're right, your link was far, far worse in how it described what happened. It was far more biased and wrong, using language clearly designed to cause outrage without basis in fact.
If he was trying to cover it up, why did he email the school board the day it happened, and why did the SRO immediately get involved and open an investigation with the police also getting involved. Talk about wanting to push a narrative.
Your kidding, right. On the basis of that e-mail the right is PUSHING A NARRATIVE?
"Cause outrage without basis in fact." Yea, right.
THE LESSON.......if you r faced with a prick...(unwanted).,there is a trick, PLACE A KICK In the soft spot or
bite "the stick". Victim or victor, the LESSON IS VIVID....BE BOLD AND BRAVE but.don't be afraid. Teaching

Maybe I am too old, but the thought of 9th graders consenting to have sex in a public bathroom really throws me for a loop. Guess kids grow up fast these days.

I have no children.....EVEN I KNOW, BJ's r today's kiss/makeout session.....for that age bracket, what do u think is going to happen when a society sensationalizes sex and throws it in your face at EVERY turn.
I have to laugh at conservatives going after books in school that have sexual passages. They want to ban them, but they are too late. Today's children can see much worse on the internet daily. I had one coworker whose five year old grandson had already hacked into the cable box and she caught him watching porn.

Hypocrisy knows no bounds.
The board in Gillette Wy had a parent removed from the library district meeting while he was reading from passages in a book that was in the children's section. They found the passages pornographic and offensive.
