This is one of the areas that baffles me the most about the left, their lack of understanding when it comes to human nature and the REAL differences between biological men and biological women. The people who make these idiotic policies need to be held accountable and sued by the victims.

The REALLY tragic truth.....MENTAL HEALTH CARE is woefully lacking in AMERICA and the rest of the world.
Obvious to me that IS A FACTOR,when he committed the same crime previously. MASS SHOOTINGS
same thing....the system is screwed,because our priorities are protecting coal,gas and oil. (SEE MANCHIN'S money source)..... the globe is swirling down the toilet,but it does not matter, take the money

The world would be swirling even faster if we didn't have fossil fuels to power our lives, provide transportation, and heat our homes. Maybe if we shut down the useless Department of Energy, you could give the money back to states to fund their mental health programs.

Perhaps if we cut the yearly defense budget of $740,500,000,000, we could give the money back to states to fund their mental health programs.

Or maybe we could fund the infrastructure bill, which is less than half of the defense budget. That would be an investment in our country and the economy.

Or maybe we could have single payer health care instead of the exclusionary health insurance currently in place. That would allow us to have mental health care programs as part of universal health care.

Back to the topic at hand, HA, do you really think rapists just need mental health care or do they need a jail cell? If that was your daughter, how would you feel about that school and the people who buried the crime?

The BOY is 15 y.o. A jail cell is NOT the answer....the mass murders who are in their teens,EARLY 20's
are MENTALLY IMPAIRED. Mental Health IS the basis for these incidents. The solution is early intervention
thru mental health evaluations. THAT avenue of assistance is woefully lacking.

THIS SMACKS OF THE SANDUSKY SCANDAL......reputation, revenues being affected,AND LACK OF A MORAL COMPASS. The school should be fined heavily and retribution for the family....jmo
