entire group of think tanks that are tax experts run through his tax return and start ripping it to pieces, and then he’ll end up in an audit and he’ll ultimately have taxable consequences, penalties, and so on.”

Trump had good reason to be concerned. The former president’s tax information had never been public until Friday—and some of it still remains shielded after the House Ways and Means Committee released years of paperwork. Yet practically every fragment of tax documentation to emerge over the years has led to consequences for Trump. The latest release could be the most damaging of all.

THIS IS WHY THERE SHOULD BE A FLAT TAX........loopholes that need to be slammed shut.(his FATHER'S MONEY fattened the family's finances and TRUMP is NOT the whiz kid of the wealthy,he just observed what his father did and followed along. and even then, he had to be bailed out of bold and stupid actions(father did not oversee his son's stupidity )..it DID NOT get better as he grew older.....his ego created FINANCIAL FUBARS

Keep dreaming. Members of Congress and the Senate get donations by granting special favors to certain businesses and industries. If you make taxes simple, there would be no reason to support them.

Where can I view the list of Trump’s tax crimes that were supposed to take him down years ago? This seems to fit the definition of insanity.

Concrete source? You do realize all sources are made up of people with biased and agendas, right? So yeah, their OPINIONS are solidified like concrete but that’s not how journalism is supposed to work. How many stories have they told about our current corrupt president who has a long history of lying about what he’s done in is life? How many in depth stories have been about Joe’s drug addict son who kicked back influence money to dad?

Forbes isn’t any better than any other rag because they don’t cover inconvenient stories that could turn off people like you who are looking for a desired outcome. Sorry, just the truth.

I have lost a lot of respect for Forbes in the last ten years. Their researched articles have become opinion pieces or editorials masquerading as news stories. I suspect Steven Forbes no longer has control.

Every company changes over time depending on the culture and the people who run it. Remember way back when CNN was an actual news network?
