I don't think so first I believe they are using if not illegal at least unethical means of keeping him upright
Also he seems to be committed to running for re election but I just don't think they'll let him and that would be easy to prevent by simply Decreasing or changing his meds I don't think even HA or K would vote for a total vegetable.
