And how many votes do you think this debate changed? One percent? And who changes their votes based on a vice presidential debate?

Apparently, it has changed the minds of more than a few independents. Has it changed the minds of the MAGA's or the Dem faithful? Nope.

If independent minds were changed by that debate, which way are they leaning after watching that? I think the media machine screwed up by painting Vance as a weirdo... they set that bar really low and Vance performed better than any candidate I can think of in the last 20 years. When Walz kept nodding in agreement, I knew Vance had it.

“We can’t afford four more years of this”

Remember when trump peacefully gave up power? Yeah, me neither.

JD Vance (the JD stands for Jethro Dull) should learn from what happened to Mike Pence.

Trump said he knew Jan. 6 crowd members had weapons, ex-White House aide testified
www.npr.org/2022/06/28/1108387054/trump-...house-aide-testified

A former White House aide told the House Jan. 6 committee that President Trump knew the crowd was armed and tried overpowering a secret service agent to go to the Capitol.

Evidence of firearms in Jan. 6 crowd grows as arrests and trials mount

During a recent Jan. 6 committee hearing, testimony about armed Trump supporters accompanied police radio reports
www.washingtonpost.com/dc-md-va/2022/07/...an6-defendants-guns/

The chatter included reports of a man with an AR-15 in a tree on Constitution Avenue who was accompanied by two men with pistols on their hips. Another officer radioed, “I’ve got three men walking down the street in fatigues carrying AR-15s, copy, at 14th and Independence.”

The Capitol Police and Secret Service were much better armed.

And many of those who were armed were undercover government agents in the crowd goading the members to do more serious crimes.

When you have no argument, you blame the other side of bias.

It's just your opinion that they are super librul, Fred. Trump & Vance agreed to the debate, agreed to the moderators, the time, the setup, etc. Now that Vance has been caught in numerous lies during the debate, he - and you - are claiming that fact checking is unfair?

Fact check for yourself the Vance claims from the debate. I double dog dare you.

Fred and Rick are what my family call (and laughs about) arrogant ignorants... arrogant about their ignorance. They use ignorant claim after ignorant claim , with no evidence, with a level of confidence of a 5 year just caught lying and deny that they did. They don't seem to know how to even engage in truthful discussions anymore. They are so committed to the full scope of the MAGA lies they no longer can distinguish reality from truth. "The fact checkers are super librul'... is such a weak and cowardly cop out... but when you are this committed to the lies... you have nothing else. It's like they are being emasculated by their inability to let go of the lies and BS.

Perhaps you could point to a post you've made on this board where you've actually engaged in a "truthful discussion" . By my count, you only jump in every couple of months to call people names and then you run away.

That's ok... some people need to put others down as a way to make their miserable lives a little better... somehow.

The point is... there is no engaging with the arrogant ignorant. You have no facts, just lies, innuendo and made up BS. But yet you attack facts presented and information provided as all the top scientific experts trying to pull one over on you.

Besides, there is nothing I have to discuss with such hateful little people. And you my little friend, are the miserable one. I read it in your hateful, miserable posts every day. You hate immigrants and people not like you. You hate LGBTQ+.. You hate the fact that people you feel are below you are getting something for free. You hate everything about this country unless you have a fascist POS grifter in power. You want to be led by the nose and told what to do. You want women to have less rights than you. You want to control women because you are a hateful bigot with no morals or scruples.

I used to feel bad for you, how you have let trump define your new hateful politics and how you have ingested every lie and piece of misinformation. You would have been one of the first to sign up to be a brownshirt in the 30's in Nazi Germany.

No Rick, I have no desire to actually engage in discussion with you or Fred or BB. You all are lost to humanity, unredeemable as you settle deeper into in your little world of hate and ignorance.

To be honest, I have nothing but deep respect for HA and Koobookie for even trying to engage with you guys, albeit for absolutely no apparent reason since there is zero chance you could change your hateful perspective or accept an iota of reality. Oh, and have a great day!

I believe that it is important to ATTEMPT TO UNDERSTAND THE MINDSET OF OTHERS. i am so not mainstream,it is difficult for me to relate to the general group of humans that do NOT forward think. I am not saying I am better, I am saying I view things in a far different manner...and THAT creates a set of conundrums
that r hard to overcome. .....color me always puzzled.
