I agree with no on 60,61 & 101. The idea is right but the execution is wrong. The state will just raise taxes to offset the increased funding requirement.

Republicans waste money on wars and war production while democrats invest in us. Our healthcare, our infrastructure, our education, our quality of life and when you boil it all down shouldn't that be the most important, the only real issue, quality of life?
