So you are giving the winner the ability to do to people exactly what you promised this site would not do? I would never use the delete a post or put anyone in Q for 24 hours. That is not up to me to silence people and infringe upon their freedom of speech.
I wonder how many more 'fake' profiles VL will create for more votes. I think you should check a few IP addresses to make sure VL isn't voting several times.
